The African ICT Achiever Awards named Integri8 the innovative ICT
company of the year in the African region and its founder, Robert
Sussman, the Overall Individual winner, among other service providers
including MTN, FNB, IBM, Accenture and Dimension Data.
“In just nine years we have worked very hard to build a strong
operational delivery capability, leading global innovative services. We
timed our entry into the market very well and arrived at the point when
many operators were exiting,” commented a humble Sussman, who was also
noted as the Top CIO on the continent and Entrepreneur of the year
award.
The African ICT Achievers Annual Banquet, hosted by Forgeahead, is
widely regarded as ‘the Oscars of the IT industry’. The African
Achiever awards are handed to individuals who showed highest levels of
professionalism, achievements in developing sustainable and innovative
business models for the African market.
Sussman have been leading Integri8, now an internationally
recognized ICT services enterprise, from its beginnings in 2001. “At a
time when decision makers around the world continue to scrutinize
investment decisions involving new systems and technology, recognition
of this level makes a substantial difference”, he said, significantly
proud of making again a difference in the south African market.
