Mobile Telecommunications Network (MTN) has partnered with electronic company, Fero mobiles to launch the new L100 4Glte as part of their new partnership deal.
As part of the focus on exploiting the benefits of data and ICT services for the benefit of customers, Noel Kojo Dadson, General Manager for Consumer Marketing, MTN Ghana explained that “we know that access of data and related services is key to driving socio-economic development.”
“It is also because of this that MTN Ghana partners with reputable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to secure first-to-market deals on high quality affordable devices for valued customers, he said.”
MTN already has existing partnerships with Huawei and Tecno and is still aimed at leading the delivery of a bold digital world to Ghanaians.
Mr. Dadson further stated that “we continue to invest in our network and roll out innovative digital services aimed at meeting the demands of subscribers.”
The Fero L100 has a 4G support which comes with features such as a 5.0 inch HD IPS screen with a dragontrail glass protection and an exceptionally long battery life. The phone also spots a 5MP camera in the front to capture pictures as well as a 5MP rear camera.
This year MTN has earmarked US$143 million to fund network expansion and optimization; this is to enhance subscriber’s data experience.
The telecommunications network will also expand its 4G coverage across Ghana by adding 197 4G sites to the 475 4G sites already deployed nationwide
